I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means that insurance companies often partially reimburse clients directly for my services for those with out-of-network benefits.

Upon request, I can provide a monthly Superbill with all of the necessary information for you to submit for insurance reimbursement. I will make every effort to help you in this process.

To gather more information about your specific plan’s reimbursement, the following questions may be helpful to ask your insurance provider:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits? (The code “90834” is used by insurance companies to refer to a standard psychotherapy session).

• What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is expected at the time of service by a debit or credit card. The card will be securely held in an encrypted cloud service for future appointments or late cancellation fees.
